Street Dance

Street Dance is a term commonly used to identify different dance styles such as hip hop and funk, which began appearing in America in the 1970s. It evolved outside the dance studio on the streets and school yards where people gathered to show their moves. It is a great style of dance and is becoming increasingly popular, appealing to all age groups.

Our Street Dance classes are held on Wednesday and Thursday evenings at Priory School, Brecon, following the school term.

Taught by Sue White, an ex-professional dancer from the West End, the classes are suitable for boys, girls, and adults.
