Dance training is not for the faint-hearted! This class will teach you exercises used by elite male dancers to build speed, agility, balance, control, and stamina, plus enough strength to partner and lift the girls!
If you are a sportsman, you will soon see improvements in your game as a result of this training. Indeed, Katy has been known to coach rugby teams in the past!
